The Hub - Free for all enrolled students!
The Basic Needs Hub serves as the on campus food pantry as well as a space for students to connect with resources to assist them with meeting their basic needs and to empower them to be successful, connected members of the student body and community at large.
Any enrolled student may visit The Hub to receive nonperishable grocery items, healthy produce, and grab and go snacks and prepared food. The Hub operates in partnership with the Food Bank of Monterey, CSUMB’s Associated Students, and Chartwells, the dining services provider.
Students can also receive drop-in CalFresh application assistance, farmers market vouchers, and information about nutrition, housing, and financial support programs at the Hub.

Produce Truck - Free for all CSUMB community members!
The Food Bank for Monterey County comes to campus once a month to provide all CSUMB community members with free produce! Join us behind Bldg 16 (Otter Express) in parking lot 16 from 12-2p.m. on May 8th for our last Produce Truck of the semester.
All students, staff, faculty and employees on CSUMB property (UG2, Chartwells, Gothic, Greystar employees as well!) are welcome!
